Job Description
• Coordinate project management activities, resources, and information.
• Guiding the team on self-organization in Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
• Liaise with clients to identify requirements and objectives.
• Communicate project expectations clearly with team members.
• Assist the test team in creating test plans.
• Assign tasks to teams and manage schedules.
• Ensure client needs are met as projects evolve.
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues.
• Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers.
• Create and maintain project documentation.
• Review work before client updates.
