Job Description
Hotel Project Transition Manager is needed for an ongoing International Hotel project in Islamabad.
- Applicants should have prior experience in handover of hotel projects, especially in an international setting.
- Key responsibilities include managing the project transition critical path, overseeing timelines for the project team, owners, and contractors, among other tasks.
- Follow up on long lead items ordering and conduct daily/weekly site walkthroughs.
- Ideal candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of hotel operations, particularly in maintenance and engineering.
- Proficiency in software relevant to project development and management is required.
