Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources and Administration Officer to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing both our human resources and administrative functions, focusing on technical recruitment, client relations, and the execution of daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Manage employee records and documentation in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure a productive work environment.
- Handle employee relations issues and assist in conflict resolution.
Client Meetings and Relationship Management:
- Prepare and coordinate logistics for client meetings and presentations.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with key clients.
- Ensure follow-up on action items from meetings and support the management team in client engagements.
Daily Office Tasks:
- Oversee daily administrative operations, including office supply management and scheduling.
- Provide support in financial administration, such as processing invoices and managing expense reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR and office administration.
- Strong understanding of technical recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Office Location: Alpha Techno Square, Old Airport Rawalpindi
Salary Range: 40,00 PKR – 70,00 PKR
