Position Name: Monitoring & Evaluation Officer

Responsibilities:
- Develop & implement M&E strategy aligned with organization vision & mission.
- Define KPIs & metrics, design data collection methods, manage data lifecycle.
- Conduct data analysis, prepare reports, present findings to stakeholders.
- Provide training on M&E processes, integrate principles into program design.
- Monitor trainings, ensure data quality, compliance, and conduct audits.
