Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated IT Project Business Development Manager to join Beyond Solutions (Pvt) Ltd. This role involves identifying and securing new IT project opportunities on leading freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru. The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication skills, IT services knowledge, and a track record of winning freelance projects.
Responsibilities
IT Expertise:
- Understanding of web development, mobile app development, and translating client needs into project proposals.
Freelance Platform Expertise:
- Proven success in securing projects on various freelancing platforms.
- Familiarity with bidding processes, client expectations, and best practices.
Communication & Client Relations:
- Excellent communication skills in English, explaining technical concepts clearly.
- Building relationships with clients and potential clients.
Project Management:
- Coordinating with internal teams, managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines.
Other:
- Ability to work independently, time management skills.
- Experience with remote teams and freelancers preferred.
Qualifications
- University degree in IT field.
- 3-4 years of business development experience in IT industry.
