Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Officer at Ghazali Education Foundation Pakistan. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, and job description development.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HR management, HR policies, and human resources
- Experience in employee relations and handling HR-related issues
- Ability to develop and update job descriptions
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Experience in recruitment and onboarding
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
Salary: 60-70k
Experience: 2-4 Years experience in HR Operations with HR Certification is a plus.
