Job Description
This position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business unit. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. Position maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit’s financial position, its midrange plans, its culture, and its competition.
Responsibilities:
- Lead regional Business partner and Talent Acquisition teams.
- Conduct weekly meetings with business stakeholders.
- Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Provide performance management guidance to line management.
- Improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity.
- Offer HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Provide input on restructures, workforce, and succession planning.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comprehension and application of laws, guidelines, and regulations.
- Time management and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience.
- Working knowledge of human resource disciplines.
- Master in HRM/MBA degree preferred.
