Job Description

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to CEO in Islamabad with the following qualifications:

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience: 3 years
  • Location: Islamabad

Purpose of the Role:

The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact between the Business Owner and leadership teams across the UK, Dubai, and Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the CEO’s diary and engagements.
  • Handle communications with stakeholders professionally and confidentially.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting and data analysis.
  • Conduct research to support decision-making.
  • Facilitate communication with the UK leadership team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and web design tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
