Job Description
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to CEO in Islamabad with the following qualifications:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience: 3 years
- Location: Islamabad
Purpose of the Role:
The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact between the Business Owner and leadership teams across the UK, Dubai, and Pakistan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the CEO’s diary and engagements.
- Handle communications with stakeholders professionally and confidentially.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting and data analysis.
- Conduct research to support decision-making.
- Facilitate communication with the UK leadership team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and web design tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
