Job Brief:
Rolustech is seeking enthusiastic individuals who thrive in challenging environments and excel in fast-paced settings. This role involves overseeing end-to-end Facility Management operations and collaborating with stakeholders for seamless property transitions and building-related affairs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build & lead a team of Facility Management resources.
- Coordinate with Project development team for smooth transitions.
- Engage resources/third parties for daily services.
- Execute agreements between owner & management company.
- Record keeping of relevant documentation.
- Manage building operations and staff shifts.
- Address complaints and meet SLA requirements.
- Facilitate unit owner’s property affairs.
Job Requirements:
- Qualifications: Bachelors
- Experience: 5 Years in relevant field
- Location: Gulberg, Lahore
