Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager at Hotel Inn. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, handling guest inquiries and complaints, and implementing hotel policies and procedures. The Manager will also collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and deliver excellent customer service.
