Job Description
To provide full administrative and secretarial support to ensure the smooth management of day-to-day affairs and most effective use of time.
To handle issues in a professional and objective manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily calendar and appointments as necessary.
- Manage and process correspondence.
- Maintain office systems, including data management and filing.
- To maintain records of contacts.
- Meet and greet guests/visitors.
- Any other duties as may be assigned by the Group Head.
Required Experience and Skills
- Experience in assisting at senior management level.
- Ability to condense reports and articles into legible executive summaries.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Experience of agenda/schedule management.
- Decent interpersonal and communication skills, to enable professional interactions.
- Ability to organize and plan own work.
- Someone with attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
- A flexible, pro-active approach to work including the ability to prioritize and re-prioritize.
- Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality.
- Must possess a working knowledge of presentation software packages, preferably Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
