Job Description
A Garment Technologist plays a crucial role in ensuring garments meet quality standards, are produced efficiently, and comply with regulations throughout the lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality standards and specifications are met through thorough inspections and feedback.
- Develop detailed technical specifications and collaborate with design teams.
- Manage the fit process and work on adjustments for desired fit.
- Source and evaluate fabric/trims, considering performance and sustainability.
- Work closely with production teams for efficient manufacturing and support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Previous experience in garment technology.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction and fit analysis.
- Proficiency in CAD software and design tools.
