Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting the Head of Education and Training at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP).
- Lead the Digital Assurance and Accounting function at ICAP.
- Develop technology learning programs and value-added services.
- Contribute to certification and educational training program development.
- Supervise research initiatives and benchmark ICAP qualifications internationally.
- Establish structured approaches for digital board initiatives.
Education, Experience & Skills:
- Chartered Accountant with 5+ years’ experience or Masters in Finance & Accounts / Computer Science.
- Experience in digital projects and training programs.
- Preferably technology-oriented candidates with strong communication and management skills.
- Candidates will go through the Institute’s selection process.
The position offers competitive remuneration and benefits in a professional environment. Retirement age is 60.
