Responsibilities:
– Assist in recruitment, on-boarding, and employee relations.
– Support performance management and training initiatives.
– Assist in handling Payroll of the employees.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field.
– Strong communication and organizational skills.
– Proficiency in MS Office; ATS familiarity preferred.
