Suzuki SNA Motors is an authorized 5s facility located in Karāchi. We specialize in dealing with new and used cars and motorcycles, providing vehicle repair and service, and offering Suzuki genuine spare parts.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Workshop Manager. The Workshop Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the workshop, managing a team of mechanics, ensuring timely completion of vehicle repairs and service, maintaining inventory of spare parts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Workshop Manager will handle customer inquiries and complaints, coordinate with suppliers, and implement process improvements to enhance workshop efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience in workshop management and vehicle repair and service
- Knowledge of Suzuki vehicles and spare parts
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Technical knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
- Experience with inventory management and ordering spare parts
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
