Job Description
Position Purpose
This role involves handling employee benefits, payroll processing, data management, support, and onboarding at Bestway Consultancy Services.
Job Description
- Manage HRIS data, new hires, transfers, leaves, audits, and clean-up.
- Issue offer letters, contracts, and maintain personnel files.
- Compile and process payroll data, administer benefits, and assist with onboarding.
- Compile metrics reports and handle exit processes.
- Ensure statutory compliance and address employee queries.
Experience and Qualification
- MBA/BBA in HR with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Specific Requirements
- HR policy knowledge, strong communication and analytical skills.
- Prior offshore/BPO experience, MS Office proficiency, fluency in English.
- Comfortable working 12 p.m to 9 p.m.
