- Bulk Hiring: Manage full-cycle recruitment across various departments.
- Sourcing and Screening: Identify candidates from diverse sources, screen, and shortlist as per criteria.
- Interviews: Conduct interviews via phone and in-person, arrange schedules.
- Collaboration: Align recruitment tactics with business demands.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure positive candidate journey.
- Documentation: Maintain precise recruitment documentation.
- Reporting: Monitor metrics and propose enhancements.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in recruitment with bulk hiring proficiency.
