Job Description
Position: Human Resource Associate
Job Responsibilities:
- Proactively source, screen, and select qualified candidates.
- Develop job postings and headhunt on LinkedIn and job boards.
- Utilize expertise in Tech and Non-Tech sourcing, bonus for GCC region.
- Collaborate with hiring managers for a smooth recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of Tech & Non-Tech sourcing experience, preference for GCC.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Highly motivated, excellent communication skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Location: Karachi (Onsite)
- Timings: 10 am to 7 pm
