Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Human Resources Officer to manage HR functions, develop policies, handle employee relations, and create job descriptions.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of HR management and policies
- Experience in employee relations
- Ability to develop job descriptions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and good at multitasking
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- HR certification is a plus
- 2-4 years experience in Real Estate/Construction Industry
- Salary range: $60-80K based on experience and skills
