Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Manager at Nizam Sons Private Limited. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the management in day-to-day operations, coordinating with various departments, managing team members, and ensuring smooth workflow. This role is primarily located in Sialkot but offers flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in project management
- Knowledge of industry trends and market analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control
