Job Description
Category Manager
Industry: Grocery
- Develop & implement strategic plan aligned with overall business objectives.
- Determine product assortment based on customer demand, seasonal variations, and market trends.
- Monitor and analyze category performance, sales data & financial metrics.
- Implement category management strategies in-store.
- Analyze & recommend optimum display facings for brands during store set-up.
- Assist in new store openings and recommend display adjustments.
- Create macro & micro space plans (planograms and layouts).
- Monitor execution timeliness of layout based on approved timelines.
