Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Educational Counselor (USA & Canada) located in Lahore. The Educational Counselor will be responsible for helping and guiding students who are interested in pursuing higher education in the US and Canada. Responsibilities include providing information on schools, programs, application processes, and scholarship opportunities, as well as offering academic and career counseling to assist students in making informed decisions about their education and future career plans. This job will be target-based.
Qualifications
- Relevant education in counseling, psychology, or a related field
- Experience in educational counseling, particularly advising students interested in studying in the US and/or Canada
- Knowledge of the US & Canadian education system and college/university application process
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with students, parents, and educational institutions
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage student caseloads and maintain accurate records
- Dedication to student success and ability to provide emotional support and guidance during the college application and admissions process
