Job Description
As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for our substation automation systems and SCMS infrastructure.
Your main duties will include:
- Installing, configuring, and testing substation automation equipment and SCMS software.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to substation automation systems and SCMS.
- Conducting regular maintenance activities, including inspections and software updates.
- Providing training and technical guidance to customers and internal teams.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Prior experience in substation automation and SCMS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
