Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Electrician who will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in commercial and residential buildings. The Electrician will also be responsible for inspecting and testing electrical systems to ensure they are up to code, developing plans and diagrams of electrical systems, and providing recommendations for improvements to increase system efficiency and safety.
This role is located in Karachi.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Electrician with at least 3 years of experience
- Thorough knowledge of electrical systems and the ability to read technical diagrams
- Experience working with both high and low voltage systems and knowledge of safety protocols
- Ability to use power and hand tools safely and effectively
- Understanding of local and national electrical codes and regulations
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills to diagnose and resolve issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Certification or completion of an apprenticeship program in electrical work is preferred
