Job Description
The Senior Application Developer (Full Stack) will play a pivotal role in our company’s software development efforts, focusing on both frontend and backend development. With a strong proficiency in React.js for frontend development and Node.js for backend operations, this role demands a mix of coding prowess, innovative thinking, and a deep understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code for both frontend and backend systems. Translate design and product requirements into responsive user interfaces using React.js.
- Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js to support front-end functionalities.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to ensure smooth implementation of features.
- Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering an environment of continuous learning.
- Implement robust unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability and prevent regressions.
- Work closely with QA teams to address any bugs or issues in a timely manner.
- Profile and optimize frontend and backend applications to ensure a smooth user experience and optimal performance.
- Stay updated with the latest changes in React.js and Node.js for continuous improvements.
- Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Continuously refactor applications to maintain high-quality code.
- Maintain detailed documentation of applications, including architecture diagrams, code comments, and user guides. Ensure that knowledge is shared efficiently among team members.
- Stay informed of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in web development.
- Participate in workshops, seminars, and training sessions to continuously enhance skills.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of Application development Experience.
- Expert in React.js, Node.js, Flutter, etc.
