Job Description
Fleekbiz Pvt Ltd is seeking a sales-oriented candidate for the position of Business Development Executive in our PPC sales division. This is a night shift role, and we are looking for someone who can help our business grow exponentially and achieve individual sales targets.
Experience: 2 – 3 years
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any relevant field
Completion of a technical challenge will be required during the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Strong self-motivation.
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
- Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- A professional appearance.
- Candidate should have good knowledge of website design and development, branding, UI & UX, and Mobile application.
Responsibilities:
- Excellent communication skills via Calls and Emails
- Experienced within the domain of cold calling
- Ability to perform with the team, ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Complete understanding of sales, client interaction, and retention
- Answer calls, & emails to assist clients
- Able to achieve individual sales targets from the front sales and Upsell
- Proven sales record of 10k – 15k
