Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar domain and possess excellent communication skills in English.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to internal users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Coordinate with field engineers to ensure timely resolution of on-site technical issues.
- Maintain documentation of IT systems, procedures, and configurations.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of IT equipment and software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems via phone, email, or in-person.
- Communicate effectively with users to provide guidance and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT support.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking technologies.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to coordinate with field engineers and remote teams effectively.
- Flexibility to work 5/6 days initially, transitioning to remote work and later office-based.
