Job Description
Forever Shoes, a leading fashion brand, is currently seeking a talented individual to join our E Commerce Department as a Team Lead E Commerce. We are looking for candidates who possess an MBA in Marketing along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
Job Role:
- To manage the e-commerce team and ensure daily, weekly, and monthly sales and revenue targets are achieved.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including website, social media, and SEO.
- Responsible for staff retention and maintaining a highly motivated team.
- Review the security of checkout pages and payment procedures to ensure customer data protection.
- Analyze website traffic to inform website maintenance and assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
- Create and oversee promotional offers and ensure accurate uploading.
