Job Description
We are currently seeking skilled and well-connected Customer Support Agents to join our expanding team and play a crucial role in elevating our company and platform to new heights.
Responsibilities
- Keep up-to-date with digital trends and competitors for a competitive edge.
- Manage Digital Media Platforms, incl. Facebook.
- Deliver accurate responses to customer queries.
- Provide regular reports to management.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong writing abilities.
- Effective under pressure.
Skills & Qualifications Required
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office tools.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets.
- Content writing capabilities.
Shift Timings:
- Morning Shift: 8 am to 4 pm
- Evening Shift: 4 pm to 12 am
- Night Shift: 12 am to 8 am
Location: DHA Phase 6, Lahore Pakistan
Salary Range: 40k to 50k + Bonuses
