Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative at Skylines | Etisalat Premium Channel Partner located in Karachi. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities including contacting potential customers, promoting products and services, and closing sales. The role will also involve providing customer support, conducting training sessions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service and customer support experience
- Proven sales experience and ability to meet targets
- Ability to conduct training sessions and provide product knowledge
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
