Job Description
Job Purpose:
- Assist in Marketing and Sales activities in Central Region.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor Subscriber KPIs, identify improvement areas and propose the way forward.
- New Product identification and product performance tracking.
- Support sales team with actionable insights through regular performance reports.
- Develop Reports and Alerts for effective performance management of newly launched products.
- Support in Network Roll Out Planning and performance evaluation of existing and COA sites on commercial and engineering KPIs.
- End-to-end management of campaigns, from conception to post-launch evaluation.
- Provide KPIs visibility through development of automated reports and dashboards.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business management from a reputable university.
Work Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience is required.
Skillset:
- Teamwork

- Communication and strong presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Database Management
- Experience with MapInfo, Global Mapper, or any other GIS tool
- Knowledge of ATL, BTL, digital, and social media
- Knowledge of product life cycle & associated concepts and creative concepts execution
- Knowledge of Business intelligence & effective utilization of information
- Project management skills
