DRC Healthcare Pakistan is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager Recruitment.
We are seeking a candidate with 3 to 4 years of Technical Recruiter experience in US/UK-based recruitment.
Location: Gulberg, Lahore. (Onsite)
Salary: Up to 150,00/- PKR for the right candidate
Responsibilities include sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding processes.
Qualifications: BBA/MBA in HR, 3-4 years of experience, excellent English communication, and recruitment expertise.
Skills in candidate sourcing, assessment, and relationship building are required.
