Job Description
The Performance Management Analyst at The Citizens Foundation will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of the performance management system. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing performance management processes
- Collaborating with stakeholders to create alignment on KPI framework
- Implementing performance management processes such as target-setting and review forums
Reports and Dashboards:
- Gathering requirements for dashboard or report design
- Developing wireframes and mock-ups for feedback
- Facilitating the IT team to create user-friendly dashboards
- Testing and training end-users on dashboard usage
Analysis and Reviews:
- Regularly reviewing dashboards for performance trends
- Identifying anomalies and preparing presentations for improvement
- Coordinating review meetings with cross-functional teams
