Job Description

The Performance Management Analyst at The Citizens Foundation will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of the performance management system. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing performance management processes
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to create alignment on KPI framework
  • Implementing performance management processes such as target-setting and review forums

Reports and Dashboards:

  • Gathering requirements for dashboard or report design
  • Developing wireframes and mock-ups for feedback
  • Facilitating the IT team to create user-friendly dashboards
  • Testing and training end-users on dashboard usage

Analysis and Reviews:

  • Regularly reviewing dashboards for performance trends
  • Identifying anomalies and preparing presentations for improvement
  • Coordinating review meetings with cross-functional teams
