Qualifications
- Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Help Desk skills
- Experience with desktop computers and IT
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Knowledge of network administration and system security
- Relevant certifications like CompTIA A+, MCSA, or CCNA are a plus
- Previous experience with POS systems
