Job Description
Join SeeThruTec as a Software Business Analyst Intern, where you will be at the forefront of developing innovative software solutions in the healthcare domain. Your role will be pivotal in analyzing and improving our software systems focused on Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA) detection and case management. Success in this position means delivering insightful analysis that shapes the development of our healthcare software, ensuring it meets the complex and critical needs of FWA management. This role is a unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that have a direct impact on healthcare efficiency and integrity.
Responsibilities
- Analyze healthcare software requirements, focusing on FWA detection and case management.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand and document business processes and system requirements.
- Assist in the design and implementation of software solutions that meet the specific needs of FWA management in healthcare.
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure software functionality aligns with business needs.
- Participate in agile development cycles and provide feedback during sprint reviews.
- Document and report findings, and present recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
