Job Description
The incumbent will be responsible for managing courier services and assist Front Desk office responsibilities. Responsibilities include timely delivery of all incoming & outgoing couriers, record-keeping, address verification, package safety measures, delivery confirmation, status updates, donation cheque handling, payment processing, and coordination with Finance. Additionally, the role involves front desk duties such as welcoming guests, directing visitors, answering calls, and maintaining the reception area. Required skills include computer proficiency and good communication. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience in a reputable organization.
