Job Description
The Head Credit Risk Management is responsible for overseeing and managing the credit-risk portfolio of the company. This position requires a strong understanding of financial analysis, risk assessment, and the ability to make strategic decisions.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Developing and implementing credit-risk policies and procedures
- Evaluating credit applications and assessing the creditworthiness of customers
- Monitoring and managing credit risk exposures and providing recommendations for risk mitigation
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance with credit policies
- Providing guidance and mentorship to the credit-risk management team
The ideal candidate for this position should have a bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in credit risk management.
