Address: Dave’s Pest Control, Bahria Town Phase 4, Corniche Road, Rawalpindi. (On-Site)
Timings: 5PM – 2AM
Job Description: We are hiring Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to connect with customers, solve issues, and ensure satisfaction at Dave’s Pest Control.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently
- Use CRM software effectively
- Identify needs, provide solutions, and upsell when possible
- Build relationships and work as a team player
Requirements:
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Neutral or American accent
- Strong computer skills, including Excel and Word
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
