Elite Consulting USA is seeking a Customer Care Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the schedule for all clients and employees. This includes ensuring that all shifts are covered at least one week in advance. In addition, the Customer Care Agent is responsible for tracking, changing and refilling all vacation requests, call-offs, requests for changes by the client, etc. and ensuring scheduling portal has been updated. The ideal candidate is empathetic, highly organized, and possesses excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities of Customer Care Agent:
- Customer Care Agent will serve as the primary contact for clients and employees
- Assign clients to the appropriate employees
- Maintain an up-to-date list of on-call and backup staff and use to secure last-minute coverage
- Communicate with employees regarding any updates or changes to their schedule
- Communicate with managers and clients to inform them of any schedule or staffing changes
- Customer Care Agent will ensure all scheduled shifts are staffed and completed
Qualifications of Customer Care Agent:
- Must speak fluent English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be a team player and work independently
- Must be able to work Monday through Saturday
- Shift Hours 5pm to 2am
- Pay attention to detail
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word/Excel
- Ability to multi-task
- Pleasant and friendly demeanor
