Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Lahore. The Customer Service Representative will:
- Provide excellent customer support to clients through phone, email.
- Cultivate positive relationships with clients by ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing customer experience.
- Assist clients in resolving issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients and provide reports as required.
Qualification
- Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills.
- Should have excellent English Communication skills.
- Experience in maintaining customer satisfaction and enhancing customer experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience using CRM systems and basic computer skills.
