Job Description

JS Bank is seeking a Branch Manager for various cities in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will oversee branch operations, manage finances, and lead a team of employees. Responsibilities include financial management, deposit growth, improving operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain financial accountability
  • Drive deposit mobilization and business growth
  • Identify operational shortcomings and implement improvements
  • Manage customer attrition and expand customer base
  • Prepare and monitor branch budget
  • Identify training needs and oversee staff training
  • Ensure minimal audit findings and prepare weekly operation reports

Qualifications:

  • Post Graduate/Master’s in Business
  • 4 – 7 years experience in Sales, Operations, or Customer Services
  • Proficiency in financial analysis
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and practices
  • Experience in hiring and training
