Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have 6 months to 2 years of experience in human resources and a strong understanding of HR practices and procedures. This role will involve supporting various HR functions and initiatives to ensure the smooth operation of the HR department and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, onboarding, employee record maintenance
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks and employee relations matters
- Support policy development, ensure compliance, and coordinate training programs
- Participate in HR projects to enhance processes and employee experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field
- 6 months to 2 years of HR experience
- Strong HR knowledge, communication skills, and MS Office proficiency
- Attention to detail and organisational skills
