Requirements:
- MBA/MS degree in marketing or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in FMCG/food industries

- Business development and sales to drive revenue for REEM Rice
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Ensure AVA in all trade channels
- Recommend credit limits and payment terms
- Implement sales strategies and Must Stock List
- Manage receivables and sales forecasting
- Review distributor performance and take actionable steps
