Job Description
TS Builders is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our esteemed team in Lahore. As a Quantity Surveyor with us, you’ll be responsible for analyzing budgets, scrutinizing construction plans, and negotiating contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze construction plans and determine quantity requirements.
- Evaluate maintenance and material costs to secure optimal deals.
- Collaborate with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Prepare reports, contracts, budgets, and risk assessments.
- Manage material procurement and budget updates.
- Document any changes in the design and update budgets.
- Cultivate professional relationships with internal and external partners.
- Flexibility to travel between the office and sites as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience in construction estimating or finance preferred.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in construction methodologies.
- Excellent negotiation abilities.
- Valid driver’s license.
