Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Social Media Manager role. The Social Media Manager will be accountable for creating and executing social media marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, engaging with customers, developing content strategies, and optimizing social media content using SMO techniques. There will be a video editor/graphic designer under the manager to create posts daily.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Social Media Marketing and Communication skills in US marketplace.
• Experience in managing team members for posting and client communication.
• Proficient in Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Experience in managing social media platforms and engaging with customers.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Knowledge of graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is an asset.
