Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at SmartBrains Technologies Pvt. Ltd, located in Rawalpindi. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR department, managing recruitment and hiring processes, developing and implementing HR policies, conducting employee performance evaluations, and handling employee relations. The role also includes managing payroll and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and providing support and guidance to employees.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
- Experience in managing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
- Proficiency in HR software and systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Basic Salary up to 150k plus bonuses as per experience.
