Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team Lead located in Karāchi. The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for managing and overseeing sales teams, supporting customer service efforts, and achieving sales targets. They will also work closely with the senior management team to develop strategies to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret sales data
- Team Management and leadership skills
- Customer Service skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships
- Excellent Communication (verbal and written) skills
- Sales skills and experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
