Job Description
Ibex, for one of its global clients, is looking to hire a Billing Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Review pricing and billing discrepancies, resolve issues with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on overdue payments.
- Maintain billing records for audit purposes.
- Collaborate with departments to address billing inquiries.
- Assist in developing billing policies, stay updated on industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- 2-5 years of billing or accounts receivable experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software, JIRA, MS Excel, and Google Enterprise Suite.
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with billing laws and regulations, experience in goods and services invoicing.
