Role Description
This full-time role as a Travel Consultant in Islamabad requires managing travel arrangements, assisting customers, and ensuring high-quality customer service. Responsibilities include booking flights, hotels, Tours Packages, and other travel services.
Qualifications
- Travel Consulting, Management, and Arrangements expertise
- Customer Service proficiency
- Experience in creating Umrah Packages
- Proficient in reservations and travel itineraries
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in travel booking software
- Prior experience in the travel industry
- Bachelor’s in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred
