Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead product assortment planning process, collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Develop replenishment strategies, optimize inventory levels
- Analyze sales data, forecasts, and inventory reports
- Collaborate with merchandising, supply chain, and store operations teams
- Monitor key performance indicators and lead a team of replenishment analysts
- Evaluate and improve replenishment processes, oversee pricing strategies
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in merchandising or business administration
- 10+ years of experience in merchandising or retail buying, with 5+ years in leadership
- Proven success in developing merchandising strategies, strong retail math skills
- Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical skills
- Passion for innovation, ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of apparel industry, proficiency in merchandising software
